TheyCalled provides an AI-powered receptionist service for businesses. The Service answers incoming phone calls and text messages on your behalf using artificial intelligence, manages appointment bookings, and provides related communication tools.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business entity you represent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Violate the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or similar regulations

5. Telephony and Messaging Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations, including but not limited to the TCPA, CAN-SPAM Act, and any state-level regulations. You represent that you have obtained all necessary consents from individuals contacted through the Service.

6. Subscription and Payment

• The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is available on our website.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to conduct conversations on your behalf. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate.
• You are responsible for reviewing and configuring the AI's behavior through the Service's settings.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from AI-generated communications.
• Emergency call handling is a best-effort feature and should not be relied upon as a substitute for 911 or dedicated emergency services.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

9. Intellectual Property
